Our massage therapist offers a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to help you relax and heal. We offer Swedish and Thai Massage Swedish is a soft tissue/deep tissue therapy, and is usually considered to be a feel good kind of massage.
Thai massage is done on a futon on the floor, the recipient is fully clothed in stretchy clothing. It combines tissue compression, traction, passive yoga stretching and joint mobilization
Our Pilates Classes are fit for all levels of fitness, age, gender, and akin to physical therapy. We take you to where you are right now and help you move forward to quality of life for years to come.
We work on the Reformer, the Tower and we incorporate the Mat work.
The classes are limited to 5 people, so you get very specialized attention by the instructor
We offer Infrared Sauna to help your body to detox and recharge.
Infrared is known for its ability to reduce inflammation, increase circulation, improve well being and so much more.
